Can I tour the venue before booking?
We recommend it! You can schedule a tour to experience the space, get a sense of flow, and start visualizing your event. Reach out to reserve a time!
Can I bring my own catering or vendors?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring in your preferred catering, décor, or event partners.
Is setup and teardown time included in the booking?
Each rental includes dedicated setup and teardown time. We’ll review your schedule together to make sure you have enough time to bring your vision to life without feeling rushed.
Is a Lila host present during my event?
Absolutely. One of our friendly faces will be on-site to greet you, answer questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your event receive a 50% refund.
Do you require a security deposit?
A $500 refundable security deposit is required to confirm your date. It’s returned after your event, pending any damages or overages.
